This allows the camera to be easily leveled up or angled twisted very slightly to allow for corrections. This maximizes the cameras features
It also allows the RJ45 connector block to be hidden within this then allows 1 very small hole to be drilled rather than a huge hole for the mounting block.
As with all HikVision products mounting is easy with a sticky template.
