This is very well made. Easy to use.

The entry gland allows a Cat 5 connector to pass through, but doesn't close fully to the cable size. (It isn't possible to have an entry which is 20mm to close to a 6mm cable. I just blocked the whole from the inside to stop insects getting in) (Posted on 17 May 2018)

If you need this then you will already be looking at buying it. The quality is great - I have not had a problem with one of these at all. They also save a lot of effort spent trying to figure out where the cable plug needs to go when wiring the camera in. Overall very pleased even if part of me thinks they are a bit expensive. This is a junction box. It is up to the usual Hikvision quality standards for a metal junction box. What is impressive is that a number of other Hikvision providers don't even know this exists for the minidome and Hikvision's catalogues aren't clear. Well done Use-IP. (Posted on 31 March 2016)
