On the whole easy enough to setup the basics, glad we are in the age of google though as the instructions are not great and the software isn't always intuative. (Posted on 24 April 2018)

I’m a novice user having never had a CCTV system before nor set one up. This product worked great straight out of the box as it’s no more complicated than plugging in the network cameras, connecting a screen and following a few instructions. The interface is fine (though I’ve nothing to compare against) and quality is good. It is quite noisy though so you probably wouldn’t want this sitting in the corner of a room you use regularly. I’ve also set up the app and can connect easily, the challenges I’ve faced are more to do with understanding how to fix IPs and forward ports in my router. This aspect is not entirely public friendly. (Posted on 4 January 2018)

This NVR does everything I need and represents good value for money. It was fairly complex to set up to enable remote viewing. However the help obtained from USE-IP was superb. (Posted on 2 January 2018)

This is an excellent nvr. Have seen others struggle with bandwidth but this copes easily with 5x 4mp cameras. Using a good quality WD Security Camera 6gb hard disk. Using iphone/ipad or PC to remote view is easy and can do a surprising amount of control and management via these apps. Fan is a little noisy - runs permanently and a bit too loud to have in lounge/study. Glad I opted for the K2 model - worth every penny extra. (Posted on 13 January 2017)
