The Hikvision DS-2CD4125FWD-IZ is a dome camera that comes fitted with a 2.8mm-12mm varifocal lens. This camera is great for internal applications where vandalism may be a concern as it is protected by IK10 vandal resistant housing. There are also infra-red LEDs within the camera that are effective up to 30m. The DS-2CD4125FWD-IZ is a Lightfighter camera which is specifically designed to cope with heavily back-lit applications and uses a range of features to improve these images: digital wide dynamic range (DWDR), defog, 3D digital noise reduction technology (3D DNR) and back light/highlight compensation (BLC/HLC).b This camera also uses a range of smart features to further improve security such as motion detection, line crossing detection and intrusion detection. The DS-2CD4125FWD-IZ has a micro SD card slot for on board storage and can be powered with either a 12V DC power supply or by PoE. Remote access is possible through the Hik-Connect app or through a web browser.
