The DS-2DE7232IW-AE is a 2MP PTZ camera from Hikvision with a 4.8mm-153mm lens providing 32x optical zoom. This camera is a great choice for external applications with an audio/alarm I/O, IP66 rated weatherproof housing and infra-red LEDs that are effective up to 150m. The DS-2DE7232IW-AE also performs really well in low light environments by using a range of image enhancing features such as wide dynamic range (WDR), highlight/back light compensation (HLC/BLC), 3D digital noise reduction (3D DNR), defog, electronic image stabilization (EIS) and regional exposure/focus. Along with image enhancing, the DS-2DE7232IW-AE also features improved security by using smart features such as motion detection, intrusion detection, line crossing detection object removal detection and more. This camera also supports a range of PTZ functions such as 300 presets, 8 patrols and 4 pattern scans. The DS-2DE7232IW-AE uses H.265+ video compression which dramatically reduces bandwidth and storage usage. This camera supports on board storage and can be powered by either a 24V AC power supply or by a 40W hi-poe injector. Remote access is possible through a browser or via the Hik-Connect app.
