The palm-sized Axis M3046-V is one of the most affordable 4MP dome cameras in this price bracket, it offers Quad HD resolution and a wide-dynamic range (WDR) that ensures that both the dark and bright areas of the scene are visible.
The camera also supports video analytics such as people counting, and even though the camera has a fixed focus lens using a combination of its 4MP resolution and digital PTZ capability you are able to crop the view whilst still recording at 1080p.
